These are only a handful of the many effects of rapid climate change and rising carbon emissions.
Vision
One Planet Habitat is the culmination of a vision for the world’s first and only
new-generation, innovative, ecologically sustainable, self-sufficient, carbon-neutral living community project supported by the latest scientific research.
By combining tradition with modern technology, this sustainable community project will ensure fundamental sustenance is grounded in self-production, and minimize reliance on external resources.
Mission
The three most important things about passive houses are comfort, comfort and comfort. A house that is certified irrespective of the climate or geographical region to provide exceptional comfort all year round. Passive house focus on high levels of insulation and air-tightness, allowing them to operate using up to 90% less energy. In Europe, more than 30.000 concrete buildings were built in passive house standards and over 1500 from straw.

SERA is one of the companies with the most important knowledge, equipment and experience in the construction sector and also with its technical, project and financial experience has been gained by carrying out over 5 million square meters of infrastructure and superstructure construction projects.
In response to the growing demand for sustainable living and the challenges posed by climate change, SERA has conceived the groundbreaking One Planet Habitat project, offering a sustainable living solution that prioritizes both ecological responsibility and uncompromised comfort.
